Ski Cross is one of the most exciting and dynamic sports in Alpine Ski racing, being described by words such as fun, action, speed and jumps! Thus, the energy drink DARK DOG fits perfect to this type of sport!
For a long time, the wildest and fastest ski racers have competed against each other and the introductions of the Crossmax Series with a national and international tour increased TV and print media interest, improving as well the perception and concept of this sport. Thus, the first world championships – the FIS World Tour - were held in 2005. However, even with all these developments the original wild energy of the sport has not been lost and qualifying racers can participate at the renowned X Games.
The DARK DOG Team – an international mixture of two Swedish young men (Lars Lewen and Jesper Brugge), two Austrian young men (Roman Hofer and Florian Rohrmoser), an Austrian woman (Karin Huttary) and a French woman (Ophelie David) has plenty of victories to date. Some of them are:
| - | Roman Hofer (2nd), Ophelie David (1st), Karin Huttary (2nd) in FIS Ski Cross World Cup Sierra Nevada, Spain in 2006 |
| - | Double victory of Karin Huttary and Roman Hofer in the Austrian Championship 2006 |
| - | Double victory of Karin Huttary and Lars Lewen at the the Winter X-Games 2006; Bronze medal for Ophelie David etc. |
